Victoria Winchester is the younger sister of Sam and Dean, her mother had died when she was 2 years old and John came to get her, she was raised with Sam by Dean. John was barely present in her life and only paid attention to his boys, this make her feel very lonely, she was a bright kid, and she would help Dean with hunts when Sam was sick and when he was at college she stayed with Dean.
She too went to college, and she got into the FBI as a teacher as she had graduated 2 years early at the age of 22.
Now 2 years later she has a home in Baltimore Maryland, and she travels with Dean on hunts if they are close to where she lives and she goes to therapy with Bedelia, but she gets a referral to Dr Hannibal Lecter, but she cannot talk with him as a patient, though she tries.
Victoria looks like the female version of Dean, only she has blue eyes instead of Dean's green.
