Summary
Questionable physics jokes, undeniable chemistry.
On the eve of Progress Day, sophomore Viktor stays up late in the library, working on a project. He is not very good at communicating with other students, but he excels in mechanics. However, today, even this does not help him: Viktor did not account for the difference in air density between his native Zaun and Piltover in his calculations. As it's too late to go home before the bridge between the cities closes, he decides to take a break and stumbles upon an unfinished project left in the library by someone else.
The rest is history.
I added a Mature rating just because of chapters 23 and 37, it is not graphic, but feel free to skip it if it is not your thing!

But Tomoko and Josuke both give him an odd look. Eyebrows raised in a confused, questioning manner. He's used to getting that look from Josuke, but it's pretty unnerving getting it from the both of them. They're in perfect sync, it's kinda terrifying…
“Uh…” He's not too sure what he said wrong, but he knows it's probably best to just barrel forward. “It looks great. Thanks for cooking.” He doesn't look at Tomoko as he speaks, instead staring down at his feet.

A Compilation fic for Cumplane Week 2026:
Shen Yuan wasn’t even sure how it happened. He’d typed out a long-winded comment about a loose end that Airplane had ignored in favor of yet another floral-themed aphrodisiac, and somehow he’d ended up with the author himself in his DMs. If only he had ignored that first message, he wouldn’t be sweating his ass off in a too-crowded convention center waiting to meet up with that little shit! Who was late! It really shouldn’t have surprised Shen Yuan so much that Airplane had no sense of punctuality!
He had intended to wait for Airplane to venture inside, but he was getting bored standing by the entrance. At least if he was walking around, he’d have something to distract from how heavy and suffocating all of these layers felt. Besides, there could be Binghe merch in there! Shen Yuan had no time to waste!
… He would at least text Airplane to let him know he was heading inside.
Or, two bros walk into a con. They both get more than they bargained for.
