Waking up in an unfamiliar land and time, Jack Frost (Otherwise known as Jackson Overland)—who had been sent back in time by Pitch Black—has strangely become mortal again, magic weakened due to it becoming the main power source keeping him alive. Surrounded by people who speak a language he doesn't understand far before his time, Jack must learn to speak the language of Vikings, despite his strange appearance and unique nature, with his staff and the Winds by his side. He'll grow to love dragons, and maybe grow to love more than that.
...He'll need to start searching for Pitch Black soon, though.
Starts a few months before Race to the Edge, and will eventually start getting into RttE territory.

Neither Jack nor Elsa feel the need to tell anybody what has changed between them- somehow, they both forget about family Christmas, a group trip, and an engagement ring Jack packed, forcing them into close quarters and helping them to see why they fell in love with each other in the first place.

A tan, rabbit like human thing was found by the overland girl. She didn't know what the little rabbit was, all she knew was that he could talk and that he was all alone and cold. She brought him home and the moment he spoke up, caused her family to faint.
They didn't understand what their daughter had brought home, they just understood that he wasn't any normal rabbit kit. He was theirs now, and his name was jack.
The Easter bunny was almost never seen by humans, nothing more then a passing glance. It went on this way for a while and he became more of a hermit whenever it wasn't his time to go out, snapping at other spirits and sprites and whatever creature decided to mess with him.
Jack just wanted to talk to him, another giant rabbit walking on two legs? He just had to see if it meant something! They were the same species right? But the rabbit was always gone before he could say anything.
Then, everything goes down the drain at a dangerous day of skating on just to thin ice. Maybe now the Easter bunny will talk to him?

Jack rallies the Guardians—North, Bunny, Tooth, and Sandy at the North Pole, blending their powers with veil magic: memory anchors, dream-weaves, earth-stones, and rhythmic drums. They mend fracturing rifts across the north, but Pitch targets Burgess, Jack’s birthplace, luring him with a corrupting black frost mark that amplifies his insecurities.

The time passes strangely, syrupy slow and fast all at once. Anna doesn’t pour them any more shots, remaining at Elsa’s side, and Kristoff at Jack’s.
Elsa tries to avoid looking at him, but at some point she gives up and stares, telling herself people won’t notice. It’s just the liquor, she tells herself. It’s just the hour, though it truly can’t be that late. She’s just watching him to see how he somehow makes the minuscule ping-pong ball into these ridiculous, cliche red solo cups every single time.
Strangely, she finds herself competitive.
