Diagnose factors: a difference in the pulse of over 30 beats between laying down and standing up within ten minutes, and then having a constant pulse of 120bpm or more. It mostly occurs after viral infections or surgeries, and in all forms of EDS.

Sherlock's life is falling apart, thanks to the court of public opinion. He visits the unscrupulous reporter Kitty Riley to ask her about her source and stumbles over Richard Brook. Hijinks ensure.
A lot of people love that bit in Sherlock when Moriarty and Sherlock smile at each other while fighting in Kitty Riley's house. They both enjoy violence and the challenge that they find in each other. I just extended that scene and changed it a bit.

"Even though John finally (mostly) forgave Sherlock for the hell he put him, Mrs. Hudson, Lestrade and Molly for The Fall, things of course, could not stay the same. And they most certainly could not stay the same after the wretched Charles Augustus Magnussen case. He was trying to be a proper husband to Mary again after their estrangement last year. He was also a practicing physician again. He couldn't go dashing off on some adventure whenever Sherlock beckoned and called.
Or so he tried to explain to Sherlock over and over again with zero to little effect..."
John reluctantly joins Sherlock to solve a case about serial bombings. Of course, nothing is what it seems. Especially when they end up saving the life of a woman whose secrets may end up killing them all ... In other words, a typical day at 221B Baker Street.
