Tim Drake was an anomaly to all his enemies,friends and even to his own ‘family’ if you can call half the people in the batfamily who tried murdering you, then trying to send you to Arkham. He knew people know about him but they only know certain puzzles of him never one person gets the full set of puzzles. Bruce knew him as the third robin, Dick knew him as the new ‘Jason’ when he was robin and Jason only known him as replacement.
No one understood him, no one wanted to understand him how could they when all they see is a replacement a body bag that can take all the hits without complaining a ghost who has no true value in the bat clan. All they saw of him is something expendable.

Phantom’s claws tighten against Tim’s back in subtle warning. His voice slides through the air, velvet and steel all at once: "Pleased to see me… and my Temporary Consort."
The word lands like thunder.
Tim freezes. Consort. It's exactly what he was aiming for when he propositioned Phantom the night before and still, to hear it out loud feels final. He's taken a step out into the unknown and has yet to find if there's something there to actually support him.
The shift in the air is immediate—murmurs, restrained outrage, a spike of cold hostility that presses in from every side.

New characters change the rules of the game and beloved old friends get more time in the spotlight, helping our protagonists through webs of emotions.
This volume takes things a but more slowly, focusing on friendship, independence, responsibility, and of course, forgiveness…In chapter 1 spring is arriving in Gotham after a long and quiet winter. Alex and Bruce work together at Park's and Bruce has an offer for Alex she didn't expect. Jason infiltrates the Iceberg Lounge looking for a an elusive figure Zatanna has been trying to track down. After a good run, the tables are flipped and Jason finds himself face to face with Batman for the first time since the events at the end of Volume 3.
The night ends at Alex's dorm room, where she and Jason enjoy each others' company a little too much, leading both to daydream a different future together... sending Jason into a spiral.

Summary
Tim is an art forger. There’s no other word for it. He fakes antiquities and sells them. It’s illegal, it’s immoral, and it’s a total secret.
Tim has managed to avoid detection by his parents, their clients, the GCPD, Batman, INTERPOL, and, notably, Catwoman.
This all comes apart one soggy week in April, when Gotham mafia boss Callum O'Gowan gets an artifact he purchased from the Drakes appraised. Enraged by the fraud, O'Gowan kidnaps Tim on his way home from school to get back at Jack and Janet, who are totally certain that they’ve sold a genuine, authentic necklace and don’t really understand why this unpleasant large man is yelling so much.
In the aftermath, Tim struggles to keep his parents from discovering his lies, his neighbors from discovering his kidnapping, and his neighbors' alter egos from discovering his crimes.

Meanwhile, Jason Todd has just met the funniest freshman at Gotham Academy who is also clearly the most-up-to-something freshman at Gotham Academy. Also, all of his bullies are avoiding him suddenly.

Stories of their ethereal beauty and overpowering allure, but also their viciousness and danger to any and all who had the misfortune of encountering them. Sure there are some who are said to tolerate sailors if they’re respectful enough, maybe even help them if they’re offered something in return, but they were few and far between. Most used their beauty to lure sailors in, singing about a heart's deepest and truest desire to draw them towards the waves, only to shift once their victim is close enough, becoming monstrous and deadly in a blink, dragging the sailor to the depths of the sea with needle like teeth and nails that shred through flesh like butter to feast on their corpse.
Despite the horrific tales he was told, he still wanted to meet one.TLDR; A story about the residents of Watchtower Island and their life changing encounters with a pod of sirens.
