Summary
Soulmates are incredibly rare; almost every witch or wizard knows that. Unless your name is Harry Potter, and you grew up with muggles, and are allergic to the idea of research. Harry doesn't even know they exist. And the Malfoy family has always taught that they're a myth.
So, it isn't really Harry or Draco's fault that they create a soulbond and fail to notice that they've done so for an entire year. Soulmates were supposed to be limited to exceptional, powerful, and fate-changing pairs, anyway, and neither of them really felt like that fit them very well.
Nobody thought it would happen. Least of all them. But can they change fate, or will it change them?

In the world of quirks, 90% of the population has a quirk. Izuku Midoriya does not get a Quirk with his peers, upset Kacchan takes him to the beach to show off his quirk knowing Izuku likes his small explosions. Izuku finds a fruit on the beach and his five-year-old brain thought why the hell not?
Izuku and Katsuki are surprised Izuku got powers from it. Katsuki wanting to test out these powers, brought Izuku to another area of the beach where the boys found three shipwrecked strangers.
Izuku didn't know for sure what would happen when he tried his quirk on them but he wanted to help them. Katsuki watched in awe as Izuku healed the three strangers. When the strangers woke up they explained to Izuku what he ate and where it came from.
This is a story where Katsuki never got the chance to develop his hatred for Izuku. Katsuki wasn't praised for his strong quirk he was cast aside as villainous and the kids would avoid him.

Maki thought she was one of those who didn't have the gift of vision, after all, she had never seen any marks on her arm… Until everything in her life turned upside down. Now that she possessed complete heavenly restriction, her abilities had evolved, and she discovered that she was actually the half capable of seeing soulmarks, but her partial heavenly restriction was interfering with that.
Her entire life was changing faster than she could keep up with. She could very well just ignore this soulmark thing and try to leave it for the future... But, to complicate the situation a little more, Maki had a pretty good idea of whom her other half was, and now all she needed was a simple eye contact to confirm her suspicions.

He was never quite able to shake the insecurity of being the street kid turned trust fund baby and relied on the soulmarks as tangible proof that he was loved and a part of the Wayne family. Pit rage and Talia al Ghul's manipulations push him further into his feelings of anger, betrayal, and abandonment. He returns to Gotham believing himself to be loved and mourned by no one, but determined to make Crime Alley safer for kids like his younger self or die trying. However, he didn't plan for his family's interference (or that of a special little fanboy from his past). Angst and hijinks ensue, and canon can take a hike because I refuse to let Jason be the sad angry Robin and take it out on Tim.
