They find out that if they don't take the steps needed to make changes then magic and the world to follow will die before 2050. So, the goddess of magic with the gods of death and time have brought to them those that would help the most, along with those that will give them a reason to fight (Morgan, Teddy, and Victorie).
Pulled from different times across and different worlds they must learn to get along and work together to keep the horrors that they will learn about from happening. Some things are fixed points and cannot be changed but they will find those out as they go.
