Summary
The sad truth of cold cases was that any case could become one under the right circumstances. The worst cold cases were those nobody realized needed investigating until long after everyone involved had died or given up. However, Boyd and his hard-working team weren't the sort to shy away just because something wasn't easy. What none of them had expected was just how dark the Sleighberry Street killings truly were; or how grateful Boyd would be in the end that a derelict house got demolished.
