Summary
'Something crashes into the fence at the bottom of the garden, making the hanging baskets of dried-up flowers that Jon hasn't had the presence of mind to remove sway against the wood. He thumbs the tape recorder off and shoves it into the pocket of his jacket, finding his feet on the patio. The penknife feels pitifully miniscule in his fingers, so he exchanges it for the pipe.
More banging, and one of the fence panels starts to buckle, the wood splintering in sharp snaps.
'Hello?' Jon calls out, finding his tone strangely polite even now, devoid of either the fear or the righteous anger he feels. 'Are you-?'
Alive? A person?'
Or, the one with all the zombies.

Summary
A message from Basira read: Sorry, John, had no time to tell you in person, but I was called by my leading officer. Needed to go back to the institute, seems like they have found something there and wanted to talk it through with someone who knows a little bit more about this damn place. I told them not to touch anything with their bare hands and better actually not to touch anything suspicious at all until I’m there. I will give you a call when I need you and Martin. Anything new? What about Elias?
John blinked and started to type the answer, using only his index finger – he never would learn how to type a message in light-speed using only his thumbs as Martin did.
Got some answers, but we need to talk again. His memory is fractured, he’s exhausted and confused, and he still looks like hell. I have to admit that I somehow pity him. But at leat he knows who he is now … was … he knows his name. And he nearly pleaded with me to tell him about Jonah Magnus. I did, and I will tell him more after a break. Need some tea, and Martin insists I have a sandwich. He’s too good for me. CU later?

Summary
Jon doesn’t hate Martin; he understands that he’s been through quite a lot this past month. Even though he can’t necessarily verify Martin’s tale, he can confirm that Jane Prentiss has been and still is a threat, and he can verify the previous attacks and deaths caused by an extremely mentally unwell woman.
Still, this does not mean that Jon was very thrilled when Elias suggested they both pair up for field research. Especially because of the fact that Elias never makes suggestions.Or
During episode 25 growing dark, Jon and Martin unwillingly pair up for field research.

Summary
Jonathan Sims works as one of The Magnus University's librarians. It's a quiet job, one he loves, aside from having to deal with students who can't return their books on time. That is until one of the janitors brings in an old book, one that is supposed to be locked away, kept away from the public, one that is from a collection he's been dying to keep his hands on
Martin Blackwood is a janitor working for The Magnus University, doing his best to get back, keeping his head down and staying unnoticed by most of the students and staff. His life is a dull rotation of work, sleep, and more work, until he finally gets to talk to the handsome librarian. Until objects around him start to become covered, for some reason, with dirt, and the weight of his responsibilities start to bear down on him

Summary
It’s Jon’s third semester at the Magnus Institute, a university teaching its students how to wield the Fears that rule this world.
Instead of the studious time Jon envisions as a Pupil of the Eye, him and his friends have to fight for their lives against the horrors their field of study entails.
Meanwhile, Martin is losing his mind about becoming roommates with his hallway crush.
Nothing, absolutely nothing, goes as planned.

Summary
Martin may not be happy to be basically half machine, but at least his job is... well, okay, it's also not great, considering his boss only knows how to either glare or stare blankly at him. At least it's relatively uneventful working in what's basically the station's division for 'weird' events, though.
That is, until a bot goes rogue and starts attacking other bots. That alone is plenty weird — but the reason for it is both hard to believe and might put Martin in even more danger.

Summary
“I haven't been here very long either, actually," Martin admitted. "I inherited the farm from my grandad when he died a few years back, but I only moved here at the beginning of the spring. I had a job, and my mum… well, it was a bit far to move, you know? You should have seen the place when I came up– it was a bit of a wreck, honestly, a real sad sight– but I'd like to think I've got it cleaned up at least a bit now. But there were some outbuildings already on the property when I moved in. You know, a chicken coop, a well, that kind of thing. I thought I might as well try to rent out the old farmhand cabins, see if anyone would be interested in moving in. Not like I'd be using all that space by myself, you know?"
Jon nodded. Did Martin always talk this much? "Well, I do appreciate it. I'll try not to be too much of a bother."AKA, Martin inherited Blackwood Farm and decided to rent out the farmhand cabins. Jon, who has just graduated from University in Zuzu City and gotten a job at the Stardew Valley Museum and Library, moves in. Things go fairly smoothly for a few weeks until Gunther vanishes, along with the entire museum collection.

Jon wearily blinked open his eyes to the sound of a shriek. “Eeek! A bat!” Tim stepped back with his hands up.
...
Oh no. Oh no no no no no. Was… was he the bat?
...
"Well, I guess I can take him home with me - I've still got an enclosure.” Martin eyed him carefully.

Summary
This time there's no worms on the other side, so Martin doesn't need to study the firm lock, checking to make sure that it's secure, that no one could get in. He doesn't need to draw the curtains and stuff towels underneath the door and the cracks of the window, as though the air outside can't enter. He doesn't have to do any of it, but he does, by his own choice. But he does, because he —
Martin pauses.
How long have those towels been under his office door? How long have the warm curtains of his office been replaced with blackout ones, and how long have they been drawn tightly against the window?
Did Peter do that, or did he?- or, martin's locked in his office. it really doesn't matter how he copes with it.

Summary
“Martin… You’re not, uh…” Jon rubs a self-conscious hand over the back of his neck, naturally unsure about the proper way to broach the subject of one’s possible death. “You didn’t die here, did you?”
Martin swallows. “I… did, actually?” He says, his brows shooting up with an apologetic smile. He sounds as though he thinks he’s done something wrong somehow by dying.
Jon can see dead people. Martin is haunting his new flat.
Well. They're gonna have to make it work, somehow. -

Summary
"Jon was certainly different. Martin knew that he had changed since the coma, of course he did. But he didn’t quite register the changes. All intentional, of course, allowing himself to take in every moment he shared with Jon could have jeopardized everything.
But now that he was out, now that he and Jon were safe and together, he could see how much Jon had truly changed."
Or, Martin reflects on how both he and Jon have changed

Summary
He let his hand run over the soft skin and took in every detail; the freckle on his shoulder, halfway across the length of his collarbone, half-hidden by the collar of his shirt. The patches of barely visible stubble growing in, prickling against his fingertips as he trailed them along his jaw. The subtle curve of his collarbone, soft and rounded by the solidity of him.
All of it, and the way Jon’s hand fit almost perfectly in the shallow dip where neck turned to shoulder, with the heel of his hand settling ever so easily into the divot.Martin breathed into the touch, barely seeming to give any reaction at all, beyond a vague contentment, but that was perfectly fine by him.
He was here, and Jon could feel him, know he was here, and he could -
He could feel the give of a just-off shape, right around the edges of his fingertips. He shifted his hand, slightly, and something in his stomach sank, hard and sharp. It still took a second to register, beyond just the fact that it was *scar tissue*, light and faded along the side of Martin’s neck, in a spread that very closely mimicked the placement of Jon’s nails.
It…it did take a moment. And then, dripping in bit by bit, it flooded.

As if being kidnapped by the Circus or being threatened by the Distortion wasn't bad enough, now Jon had to deal with a new consciousness waking up in his head. Or perhaps it's not his head at all.
Jonny DID NOT agree to Raphaella's little experiment. So he's most certainly not happy about waking and realizing he's sharing his body with some nerd. (Podfic I did not write this show all the love to CopperRose they deserve it)
