[ Set between stormbringer and dark era, but closer to the start of Dark Era give or take a few months. Some canon inaccuracy is inevitable. And yes, this fic has quite a bit of OC focus as well. Don’t like, Don’t read. ]
[ Year roughly around 2005 in my Headcanons, with the Main Characters of the fic around the age of 18 years old. However, due to being in the criminal world, that won’t really stop these dumbasses from use of substances. Can’t do everything legally in this way of life, now can we? ]
A dangerous force has recently been taking out Port Mafia operatives.. sent after whatever is causing it, now as executives, the infamous duo ‘Double Black’ finds themselves encountering something near straight out of a nightmare.

Summary
Amara "Mara" Shimada has a hard life. Poor, ugly, no father, an overworking mother whom she rarely sees, many health problems to the point she has only one certain thing in her life: she's going to die at 18 due to heart problems. She resigned herself to a life of faith, doing good things and small dreams.
Her short and predictable life came to a halt when she received the visit of a beautiful and strong princess from another dimension calling herself Tojava. She explains to her that her problems are due to a curse that was placed on her own world. She also shares the same fate as her, of dying when she's 18. There is a sliver of hope though: the man who placed that cursed ran away to Mara's world and she can find a way to reserve the curse and cure them both.
In order to do that, however, she needs to exchange bodies with Mara, because she cannot leave her kingdom unattended. Mara accepts and she becomes princess Tojava, ruler of a vast empire and innumerous subjects that love her.
This is too good to be true, right? Mara learns that not everything is what it seems...

Godzilla has not been seen since San Francisco, he has not left Birth Island and Monarch is not sure why. Neither him or Gojirin have been sighted in the 5 years since San Francisco... and soon they may discover why.
Venator has been working tirelessly to erect Anti-Kaiju walls to defend major cities around the globe. The UN grows wary of the Kaiju as such a large amount of them were not expected to have come up from the Hollow Earth at once. As such they have redirected Monarch's focus to finding these Hollow Earth entrances and guarding them... research to enter the Hollow Earth is underway.
The United Nations have established a new organization: International Kaiju Defense Corps in response to the Battle of San Francisco, serving as the line of defense against attacking Kaiju.
All in all, the world has been at peace for these 5 years...
