After all, he had lived through a harsh life once, even if the memories feel slightly distant. He can do it again. He has his magic, he has Death by his side, and he has the love of a father and sister with him.

    He can do this. He can help his little sister when they moved to Beacon Hills filled with werewolves. Who knows, maybe he might find a kindred soul in this Hellmouth of a town.

Harry can still hear Dumbledore's words echoing inside his head, “Something beyond either of our help.” But… Is he really? How many times has Harry heard those very same words whispered among the residents of Little Whinging? How many similarities has he seen between himself and Tom Riddle ever since his second year, ever since he first wrote in that diary, despite Dumbledore’s assurances to the contrary?
