Summary
Tim is an art forger. There’s no other word for it. He fakes antiquities and sells them. It’s illegal, it’s immoral, and it’s a total secret.
Tim has managed to avoid detection by his parents, their clients, the GCPD, Batman, INTERPOL, and, notably, Catwoman.
This all comes apart one soggy week in April, when Gotham mafia boss Callum O'Gowan gets an artifact he purchased from the Drakes appraised. Enraged by the fraud, O'Gowan kidnaps Tim on his way home from school to get back at Jack and Janet, who are totally certain that they’ve sold a genuine, authentic necklace and don’t really understand why this unpleasant large man is yelling so much.
In the aftermath, Tim struggles to keep his parents from discovering his lies, his neighbors from discovering his kidnapping, and his neighbors' alter egos from discovering his crimes.

Meanwhile, Jason Todd has just met the funniest freshman at Gotham Academy who is also clearly the most-up-to-something freshman at Gotham Academy. Also, all of his bullies are avoiding him suddenly.
Things get weirder.

The word lands like thunder.
Tim freezes. Consort. It's exactly what he was aiming for when he propositioned Phantom the night before and still, to hear it out loud feels final. He's taken a step out into the unknown and has yet to find if there's something there to actually support him.
The shift in the air is immediate—murmurs, restrained outrage, a spike of cold hostility that presses in from every side.
Phantom only smiles wider, lowering his head until his lips brush Tim’s ear. His whisper is a growl, a caress, a threat all in one. "Stand tall, little bird. Let them look… and know you are mine."

Summary
Join Alex, Tim Drake, Damian Wayne and Jason Todd in a volume full of slice of life moments where our protagonists have some much needed space to deal with the aftermath of the events of the previous 3 volumes. New characters change the rules of the game and Jason and Dick's relationship takes centerstage.
This chapter focuses on Jason's struggle with identity as he discovers someone has taken his while he was dead. His search for himself takes him to Bludhaven. Damian and Jon's friendship is also explored as Damian is exposed to a strand of fear toxin that makes him reevaluate his past and rethink his future. Tim finds himself pushed away by Bernard and focuses on his friendship with Alex, the city, to deal with his heartbreak, as well as bonding with Jason.
This volume is less action packed than previous ones, focusing on relationships and character development. There are a lot of heartwarming moments between Jason and Dick as well as Damian and Jon.

Bruce had made him believe a ridiculous story from the future for his 16th birthday. Jason can be more convincing than this. It's an insult to Tim’s intelligence really.

Stalking Batman is hard as a starving orphan in Crime Alley. Tim would know; that’s his life.
Luckily, Tim is excellent at his self-appointed calling, and once he cracks Batman’s secret identity, he discovers an empty mansion next door to the Wayne estate.
Some would consider squatting uncouth; Tim calls it free real estate. Anyway, the Drakes won't mind. They'd have to be in the country for that.Besides, a little identity theft never hurt anybody.
