Summary
The summer before his sixth year, Severus Snape finds himself without a safe place to stay until school resumes. Remembering an offer extended by Narcissa Black, the year she graduated from Hogwarts, he reluctantly makes his way to London to see if she can shelter him for a couple of months. Over the course of the summer, the two friends come to better understand each other, themselves, and the wizarding world that is being ripped apart just beyond their doorstep. And it may change everything. Timeline spans the summer before sixth year to the end of the war.

Taking a deep breath, Enzo hoved to feel things out before pushing a few different stones. Suddenly, the wall folded in on itself before pushing into the sides.
El flinched back away from the wall, hands flying up. “Bloody hell!” She yelped, a half-laugh, half-yelp falling from her lips.
“Eleanor Berkshire,” his mom stated as she looked over to her daughter, not happy with her choice of words. However, her anger was short-lived as she gazed past the wall. “Looks like I should have withheld my criticisms,” she stated as she ruffled her son’s hair once again. “Sorry, kid.”
Enzo couldn’t be upset with it as he walked into Diagon Alley. He had always wondered why he was so different from the rest of his family (other than being adopted), but now he actually had an answer.
He was a wizard. An actual, spell-casting, wand-using wizard. Well, minus the wand for the minus, but that was an easy fix!
