Steve looked up. Billy’s smirk was sharp, teasing, daring. And it made Steve’s stomach flip. He opened his mouth to say something, but nothing came out.
Billy leaned closer. Closer than before. His breath was warm, and his hand still rested on Steve’s arm. “I can see it in your eyes. You want me to push you. Admit it, Harrington.”
