L'histoire commence à la fin de DMC3, à la sortie du Temen Ni Gru. Dante invite Lady à se reposer dans son bureau. Mais, l’adrénaline retombée, elle réalise que sa blessure l’a beaucoup plus affaiblie qu’elle ne l’imaginait.
C’est un récit qui retrace la fondation du bureau Devil May Cry, la naissance d’un partenariat entre deux chasseurs de démons, et la façon dont leurs blessures se referment peu à peu grâce à une amitié… avec quelques avantages.
NB : Je sais que canoniquement Dante et Lady ont 18-19 ans à la fin de DMC3 (voire Lady mineure dans certaines sources), mais ici je les situe plutôt en début de vingtaine. Ils ont tous deux un rapport au relationnel plutôt mature.
Note : pas de smut avant le chapitre 11, le temps de construire la relation
