Will freezes, eyes clapped on the side of Murray’s balding head, blood rushing to his face. He prays that Mike takes it as a joke. He absolutely could not survive the rest of this car ride if—
“Excuse me?” Mike demands.
“You heard me. Get. A. Room. I haven’t had to sit through tension like this since the first time I met your older siblings.” Murray goes back to humming along to the radio like nothing happened.
Or: The Squawk radio tower gets fried and Mike and Will go on an adventure to fix it. They get Murrayed in the process. Set before the events of Season 5.

Back at the WSQK, Joyce and Mike watch over Will's unconscious body. When the rest of the crew shows up to form a new plan, they realize things have changed. All while Mike has realized things have changed... Within him.

"M-Mike?" Will stammered. His heart was pounding so fast in his chest that he swore Mike could hear it--- and he could. Will's eyes were stuck on Mike's lips; so close and magnetic, causing Will's own lips to tingle and buzz with anticipation. For once, he wasn't scared to look. For once, his feelings felt reciprocated.
Mike's tongue darted out to wet his lips, and he knew Will was watching. But, fuck, was he scared. It's not like he'd never kissed anyone before--- He kissed El multiple times. Made out with her multiple times. But this felt different. Anxiety pooled in his stomach, and all he could do was stare with his sweet, doe eyes.-

“Don’t even get me started on you,” Murray interrupted Mike, making him jerk back slightly. “You think you should live that life, you think that’s the ideal, normal, safe life, but really… you’re lying to yourself. You wanna fit in, you wanna be normal, but really, you know you’re far from it, and you can’t accept it because it means losing that safety and having to face the reality.”-
Or the one where Murray reads Will and Mike like open books, all while taking care not to accidentally force them to reveal anything they aren't ready to. After all, he was never given the option.
